WHY SHOULD I CHOSE FAIRY TAILS DOG TRAINING?

Fairy Tails Dog Training is the only dog trainer in the local area to have completed The Victoria Stilwell Academy where I was lucky enough to be taught by Victoria herself and her faculty of hugely experienced trainers.  I train using positive, reward based training methods only.  I am also a qualified Hoopers instructor.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes. Fairy Tails Dog Training is fully insured with Cliverton Insurance (a specialist insurer for animal-related businesses).  I am insured for all aspects of my training work

PUPPY CLASS FAQ’S

.

WHERE AND WHEN DO YOU HOLD THE TRAINING CLASSES?

Sunday morning 9.15-10.15am, 10.30 – 11.30am and 11.45am-12.45pm at Bovingdon Village Hall, Frieth Road, Marlow SL7 2QT. Parking is free. The hall does have toilet facilities.

I kindly request that you do not allow your dog/puppy to eliminate in the grounds of the hall.  Please do take your dog/puppy completely offsite before class to relieve themselves!

Workshops to help with recall skills and loose lead walking skills are held on an adhoc basis at Pawz & Bonez

.

WHEN IS YOUR NEXT CLASS STARTING?

To find out when your dog or puppy can begin their training and what date and time options are available, please contact me and I’ll come back to you with the next available dates

.

DOES MY PUPPY HAVE TO BE FULLY VACCINATED BEFORE ATTENDING?

Due to the importance of early socialisation (and because our puppy venues are not used by other dogs except those at our training classes and are regularly cleaned) I am happy to accept puppies at our Puppy Classes after their first vaccination. However, owners are advised to seek the advice of their Veterinary Surgeon with regard to this. To review my Terms and Conditions, which include my full policy on vaccination information please click on the link at the bottom of the FAQ page.

.

HOW DO I BOOK?

Please use the Contact us page to send me a booking request or alternatively drop me an email at hello@fairytailsdogtraining.co.uk

.

HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY?

When you book, you will be given my bank details so that you can transfer the money directly into my account.  Alternatively, you can pay by cash. Please note that full payment is required to reserve a space in class and at least 7 days before a 121 session.

.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?

The first session is an orientation lesson which is for human attendance only.  At this session I will advise on everything you need to bring, set the objectives for the next 5 weeks and answer any questions you may have.

.

CAN I BRING CHILDREN/ THE WHOLE FAMILY?

Children are very welcome  and I actively encourage family learning, however they will need to be properly supervised at all times and not allowed to disrupt other clients and there dogs.  I do not take any responsibility for children in class or in 121’s.

PUPPY PACKAGE FAQs

.

WHY MIGHT THIS BE THE RIGHT OPTION FOR ME

The Fairy Tails dog training puppy programs offer one to one bespoke help and support for you and your new puppy and can be tailored to your specific needs and requirements.

It is also the better option for puppies that won’t thrive as well in a class environment. I offer 3 program types and you have the option of the first session being held before you pick your new puppy up if you wish.  If not, that’s no problem, all sessions can be held post pick up
